Made from mashed ripe avocados mixed with various herbs and spices, guacamole is a healthy and delicious dip perfect for snacking, topping salads or tacos, or serving as a side dish.

Authentic guacamole is simple to make and requires only a few ingredients. Still, the key is to use perfectly ripe avocados and mix the ingredients just right to achieve the perfect balance of flavors.
